Windows 7 Starter Edition & Plug-It stick issues

If you have installed the Smart Bro Plug It/Globe Tattoo earlier and there were compatibility issues (i.e. it didn’t get any signal, the computer cannot detect it, etc.), remove the Smart Bro Plug it/Globe Tattoo.
Once you have safely removed the Smart Bro Plug It/Globe Tattoo stick, go to the Control Panel and UNINSTALL the installed Smart Bro/Globe Tattoo program. (If you have installed it earlier and it failed to detect signal or having other problems).
1. Now, plug-in the Smart Bro/Globe Tattoo device again.
2. When the AutoPlay dialogue box appears, do not click “AutoRun”, click “Open Folder to View Files” instead.
3. When the folder opens, double click “Installer Folder”.
4. Now, right-click on “SetUp” and then click “Troubleshoot Compatibility”.
5. Once it has detected the compatibility issues, click “Try Recommended Settings”.
6. Once Windows has resolved the issues, it will recommend a network setting for your Smart Bro Plug It/Globe Tattoo Stick device.
7. Now, test the effectiveness of the recommended setting by clicking “Start the Program”.
8. Install the Smart Bro/Globe Tattoo Program again by following the installer instructions (All it takes is a bunch of “Yes” and “I agree” clicks)
9. Once it is completely installed, check if Smart Bro Plug It/Globe Tattoo is now compatible with your Windows 7 Starter OS.
Lastly, go back to the dialogue box, click “Next” and then, save your settings for the program by clicking “Yes, Save these Settings for this Program”.
